She has been instrumental driving governance enhancements programmes to perception enhancement programmes which entailed establishing collaborative platforms with internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Some of her accomplishments are Speaker at India CSR Summit 2016 on Digital India, Speaker at ASIS meet on Communication with Millennials, Round table with the Head of ASIS leadership on the Business environment in India in 2018, Me Too Movement, Employee Behaviour Change programme Speaker at APATAP 2019, Hong Kong. President’s award for running a Global Perception Management which reduced risk violations by 56%. Have also been the recipient of Top 20 Women Influencers in Security in India 2020 instituted by Security Today India.<\/p>\n
Some of the programmes that she has been involved are Threat Assessments, Risk culture Assessments, Security Brand Assessment, Risk gap assessments, Travel Security assessment, crisis management etc. Some of her notable assignments where Srilankan Easter Sunday blasts, Kerala flood evacuation, Rohingya refugees crisis etc.<\/p>\n
She currently is the lead volunteer for women in security for ASIS Bangalore Chapter and Executive committee member of OSAC Bangalore Chapter.<\/p>\n
